The star, Shahira, said that attention is true love.
Shahira confirmed, in a special statement to Masrawy, that she does not remember the first gift from her husband, the late artist Mahmoud Yassin.
And she continued, “The real meaning is not in the gift. Mahmoud and I did not have a certain occasion to guide me on it, because gifts are a given.”
And she added: “Mahmoud might surprise me at any time with a specific need that he saw sweet and guide me with it. Love for him is an action, because words and true love translate into actions.”
And she continued, “Mahmoud loved me and contained me as long as he did not hurt me, and we were standing next to each other in distress and joy. Attention is true love, and if there is no interest, there is no love. Mahmoud Yassin was a great person, and I wish all people all the love.”
The marriage of the star Mahmoud Yassin and the famous star came during the filming of the movie “The Thin Thread.” The wedding took place during the month of October 1970, during the mourning period for President Gamal Abdel Nasser, and he witnessed the contract, Field Marshal Ahmed Ismail, the former Minister of Defense, and the late artist Ahmed Al-Shami, and he gave birth to the actress.
