“Through the circumstances of the investigation, it will be possible to demonstrate before this court how Mr. Chinay left his area, having been warned that the inmate Manuel de Jesús Castillo Medrano was in the administrative offices of Pavón (…) Mr. Chonay appeared among the inmate population, who, carrying a firearm, fired a single shot, causing the immediate death of Mr. Castillo Medrano,” said the prosecutor in the case.
