Here are some useful tips to solve the shadowban problem on Instagram.
- Delete the post you were banned for (take a closer look at your post’s detailed information and content, including hashtags, if you’re not sure).
- Remove banned hashtags from your content – make sure you don’t keep any. You can also delete all hashtags from recent posts, which is definitely the quickest way.
- Remove all bots that keep commenting on people’s posts or sending unsolicited messages.
When you suspect that you have actually been shadowbanned, identify the problematic content and remove itincluding any hashtags that may have gotten you into trouble.
Also, remove any third-party apps that may be following people or liking their content on your behalf. Only use apps that are officially approved by Instagram and owned by Meta.
