Russia has invaded Ukraine with its superior military power, but it has not progressed smoothly. Since the start of the war, it has repeatedly failed. Recently, it has been counterattacked by the Ukrainian army. The occupied Ukrainian territory has been recaptured one following another. Many fleeing Russian troops were chased by Ukrainian troops. The pictures were exposed on the Internet. A video circulated on Facebook shows the 92nd Ukrainian Infantry Brigade attacking a fleeing Russian truck with anti-armor missiles, with many Russian soldiers ejecting from the vehicle when they were hit.
“Ukraine Defence” Facebook fans posted a video, in which Ukrainian soldiers were confirming and aiming at a moving Russian army truck through the screen, and then the missile hit the truck with precision, and the Russian soldiers on the vehicle sprayed out on the spot outside the car. “Ukrainian Defense” said in a post: “The 92nd Ukrainian Infantry Brigade strikes a Russian truck carrying soldiers in Kharkiv Oblast.”
The US “Newsweek” (Newsweek) counted the losses of the Russian army in 201 days since the outbreak of the war. At least 10 generals were killed, 80,000 soldiers were killed or injured, and nearly 6,000 armored vehicles, tanks and military vehicles were destroyed. The Kremlin’s casualty statistics still remain on March 25, with 1,351 dead, and Russian media recently said that 5,000 soldiers have died.
In an interview with Archyde.com, a senior U.S. military official pointed out that near Kharkiv, Russian troops continued to retreat north and east, and many of them had crossed the border and returned to Russia. The British Ministry of Defence said in regular intelligence updates that Russia may have ordered troops to withdraw from Kharkiv Oblast in northeastern Ukraine, west of the Oskil River. Ukraine has recovered an area at least twice the size of Greater London.
