Xi’an News Network News On January 29, Shaanxi Province held the 46th press conference on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. The province has reported no new local confirmed cases, and no new cases have been reported for 8 consecutive days.
Since the local epidemic occurred in Xi’an on December 9, 2021, our province has reported a total of 2,080 local confirmed cases (2,053 in Xi’an, 13 in Yan’an, 13 in Xianyang, and 1 in Weinan), all of which were concentrated in Xi’an for treatment. Over the past 50 days, through the joint efforts of medical staff and patients, as of noon today (12:00 on January 29), there are only 55 patients with new crowns left in the hospital, and there are no critically ill patients. In addition, there are 1,084 people recovering in the three rehabilitation hospitals (407 people from Xi’an Qinhuang Hospital, 165 people from the Fourth Provincial Hospital, and 512 people from Chang’an District Hospital).
