SGW Global and Motorola Mobility LLC have signed a multi-year extension agreement. by granting exclusive rights to SGW Global to develop and market Motorola-branded home audio products worldwide*.
SGW Global will be responsible for the innovation, design, marketing and sales of additional Motorola audio products. This includes personal and home audio equipment. This extends to a more than 10-year partnership that currently includes licensing baby care products and personal audio equipment. This partnership will build on the experience, energy and capabilities of the two companies to enhance design and innovation in the audio market. with the goal of expanding the product portfolio and improve quality user experience and the sound performance of both personal and home audio products.

SGW Global received a special license for its exclusive personal audio products in December 2020, including consumer audio accessories intended for use with mobile phones such as headsets. Listen to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth headsets and Wi-Fi mono, and compact, portable, battery-powered Bluetooth and Wi-Fi speakers. at the beginning of this year SGW Global has launched a new product in the personal audio category which has been a huge success. and has expanded the personal audio experience to be integrated into the car. The Motorola MA1 plug-in adapter that integrates with Android Auto has been recognized with numerous innovation awards. and following the successful debut in the US Production volumes were also increased to meet demand.
The addition of the home audio portfolio allows SGW to bring experiences and innovations to its consumer audio products in the home, including: amplifiers/receivers, stereo speaker systems, turntables. , soundbars, speakers and subwoofers, home theater systems, speaker stands and audio cables. Connector and remote in the box and other similar equipment The agreement will significantly strengthen SGW’s consumer electronics portfolio and expand opportunities for the Motorola brand globally.
