Al-Marsad newspaper: A citizen revealed that he was subjected to abuse, bullying and injustice by his “Yemeni” manager, noting that the latter “harassed” him while working.

In detail, the citizen said through his personal account on “Twitter” that three months ago a job offer came to him as a sales supervisor in a famous company, and he was very happy with this news, but days later he discovered that the job title was ink on paper and he was assigned to work unrelated to his job.

He pointed out that during the three months he did not feel comfortable for one day, and he was suffering from bullying and psychological pressure because of his manager at work, although he was trying to create an atmosphere of fun and friendliness for himself, but he discovered that he was accountable for every word he uttered.

He added that he was under pressure in words and actions from the Yemeni supervisor and endured a lot, thinking that this was a test for him in order to ascertain whether he was fit to work or not?, explaining that he was mocking him in a provocative manner and was sexually harassing him and justifying this by joking with him.

He pointed out that following two months, at work, the Yemeni manager told him: The management asked for his evaluation, and he was evaluated as slow, with a low voice, and speaking side conversations with customers, and his hair is long. The employee agreed to raise the evaluation and promised him that he would improve, and indeed he implemented What was asked of him, he got better, cut his hair, raised his voice, and every day he was learning faster.

The citizen explained that following three months, he noticed his constant pressure and was watching him for the most trivial mistakes, but he was trying to speed up the achievement, pointing out that he was quarreling with him, and if he asked him regarding the reason for the dispute, he does not justify.

He concluded that he had many problems because of his manager, and he endured a lot and did not raise any complaints because he needed the job.
