Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver and NFL Network commentator Michael Irvin has filed a $100 million lawsuit once morest the woman who accused him of sexual misconduct.

This case would have occurred Sunday evening in a hotel in Glendale, Arizona.
A lady with whom the 56-year-old man would have discussed then made a complaint once morest him. All of this resulted in Irvin being removed from the NFL Network’s Super Bowl coverage.
As gossip site TMZ reported on Friday, the Football Hall of Famer argued that the management of a Renaissance hotel as well as its employees made him a target of ‘cancellation culture’. [cancel culture] ».

“Reckless actions can have serious consequences. Also according to TMZ, when Irvin and his team became aware of the allegations, they tried to provide their version of the facts to the staff of the hotel establishment to rectify the situation, but this one refused to listen to it.
Floridian attorney Levi McCathern told the outlet that his client’s reputation has been damaged as a result of the case. Additionally, he pointed out that Irvin lost money and had television appearances canceled due to the false allegations.
“It’s clear that Michael is the latest victim of cancel culture, where all it takes is one accusation to ruin a person’s life. Michael is eager to clear his name in court and he hopes the court of public opinion will see the truth out,” McCathern said.
