Sexagenarian abused his 13-year-old and six-year-old stepdaughters

The suspect was transferred to the Polianzoátegui headquarters and will be presented before the Public Ministry.

A 66-year-old man was detained by Anzoátegui (Polianzoátegui) State Police officials, following he allegedly sexually abused two 13-year-old and 6-year-old girls.

The subject had been a partner of the mother of the minors, so on certain occasions he cared for and looked for the little ones at school.

After their separation, the citizen maintained trust with the family. However, police investigations indicated that the woman herself filed a complaint that was processed for lewd acts and visual torture.

As it became known, this accusation was consulted with the Council for the Protection of Children and Adolescents of the Simón Rodríguez municipality, in the city of El Tigre, Anzoátegui state.

The apprehended forced the 6-year-old girl to watch while he abused her 13-year-old sister, according to Diario 2001.

Both were taken to the emergency room of the Dr. Felipe Guevara Rojas Hospital, where they were evaluated. There it was determined that the youngest did not show signs of rape, but the adolescent did.

The suspect was transferred to the Polianzoátegui headquarters and was placed under the order of the Seventh Prosecutor of the Public Ministry.

The man will face charges typified in the Organic Law for the Protection of Boys, Girls and Adolescents for sexual abuse.
