Several light spots have indeed presented some problems in recent days, leaving residents in the dark. “Failures on two light points in the region were reported to us a few days ago via our website. Unfortunately, we have not yet had the opportunity to intervene. In addition to these two locations, other customers have contacted us directly to intervene on other bright spots. We then went there”, explains Ores.

Concretely, when a problem is reported, Ores agents go to the site to resolve it. If new parts are needed, they are then ordered. Repair times are then extended, especially during these end-of-year holiday periods. “We always try to repair the problem when possible. When this is not the case, then we must place an order. It then takes approximately two weeks to collect the new parts and intervene on site.”, continues Ores.
Residents can rest assured, the Ores company is therefore well aware of the problems that certain citizens encounter on the light points on their street. “We will try to intervene as quickly as possible. However, during this end-of-year period, order times are sometimes long. Some of our agents still intervened on site today and will therefore already be able to resolve some problems”, concludes Ores.
