Also on April 22 (it was the date when Victor Ciutacu addressed the subject of Iulia Marin for the second time) there were also the last broadcasts of advertisements for the sausage producer Caroli Foods and for the brand of paper napkins Pufina.

A retailer had the last spots on April 21 (in the first evening of the Iulia Marin topic). It is regarding the Penny chain of stores.

According to Paginademedia.ro information, until April 22, ads for brands such as Ariel, Fairy, Oral B, Lenor, Old Spice, Pantene and Head & Shoulders were broadcast on Romania TV. All these products are in the portfolio of Procter & Gamble, one of the biggest advertisers on the Romanian market.

At the beginning of the week, Vodafone and two other companies disappeared from the templates of the Romania TV station following the attacks launched in Victor Ciutacu’s shows in the case of the journalist Iulia Marin, who died at only 32 years old.

Vodafone had on Romania TV until April 21, when the second edition Punctul culminant was broadcast, in which the subject was the death of the journalist Iulia Marin and the attacks on Cătălin Tolontan. Later, Romania TV transmitted, in a statement, that “Iulia Marin was helped by her colleagues and by Cătălin Tolontan. Only she was helped to commit suicide.”

The telecommunications operator is not the only one that is no longer among the television station’s customers – since April 23, Zalando and Player have also disappeared, Pagina de Media revealed.

The National Audiovisual Council discussed, on Tuesday, the notifications made in the case of the show produced by Victor Ciutacu on Romania TV, where the death of the journalist Iulia Marin was qualified by phrases such as: “Those people are mentally disturbed, they were producing press materials”, “Miss’s pen Marin is a weapon. Which used wickedly can destroy destinies”, “Wrong promoted as a media experiment” or “I wouldn’t let a man with mental problems work for me”.

Victor Ciutacu also took part in the meeting, who supported the same theses, accused the CNA members of lack of impartiality and complained that he was called to be indicted.

Starting on Thursday, dozens of newsrooms, journalists, medical associations, non-governmental organizations and personalities from Romania signed an appeal once morest the speech that incites hatred and discrimination practiced by Romania TV following the death of journalist Iulia Marin.
