As a result of several meetings with neighbors, the Neuquén Police authorities determined to carry out a strong operation in the west of the city. The important deployment controlled 164 people and left several hijacked cars and motorcycles.
«High-impact operation”, as defined by the inspector José Méndez in charge of the 16th police station in charge of operational coordination of the Neuquén security department.
“90 vehicles and 50 motorcycles were controlled and 7 cars and 12 motorcycles were kidnapped for different reasons”told regarding the operation carried out this Friday followingnoon.
Méndez also detailed that they materialized 27 acts of contravention and a driver’s license had to be retained because it was expired.
The tasks were carried out by members of the 16th Police Station, who had the collaboration of personnel from the Anti-Narcotics Department, DeMoSe, Motorized Division, 12th Police Station and the Municipal Traffic Department.
