Seven years in prison for the former Helwan detective chief and an officer for the murder of a citizen

The Cairo Criminal Court, held in the Fifth Settlement, sentenced the former Helwan Police Department chief of investigations and another officer to 7 years in prison, on the grounds of accusing them of killing a citizen in Helwan, and acquitted them of the charge of using force against another.

The ruling was headed by Counselor Mahmoud Kamel Mahmoud Al-Rashidi, and the membership of the advisors was Raafat Muhammad Naji Abu Al-Ela, Muhammad Sharaf Al-Din Muhammad Abdo, Mahmoud Muhammad Abdul-Moneim Zidan, and the secretariat of Muhammad Al-Senussi and Omar Ashour.

The Attorney General of Helwan College Prosecutions referred the former head of investigations of the Helwan Police Department (imprisoned), and another officer, to the Criminal Court, on the grounds of accusing them of killing a citizen and using cruelty towards another in Helwan.
