Everyone you know has recently contracted or had the coronavirus for some time. However, you are in good health. Here are seven signs that you might have the virus but didn’t know.

Elaf from Beirut: If you look around, it looks like everyone had covid in the past or now with the omicron variant. If you haven’t been diagnosed or become ill yet, you may feel like one of the lucky few. Or maybe, just maybe, you were sick but didn’t realize it because your symptoms were so mild.

While the delta variant was characterized by unique symptoms such as persistent cough, fever, loss of taste and smell, diagnosing O’Micron appears to be more difficult thanks to fairly general symptoms that can easily look like influenza, a cold or a sore throat. If you’ve been feeling tired and wanted to set the world in control (who hasn’t felt this way?) in the past few months but didn’t really know why, here are seven quiet signs you might be hurting without knowing:

1. You were sick but not tested

In contrast to the previous mutant, Omicron’s symptoms are mild in fully vaccinated people. Although the first cases of omicron were noted in late 2021, the variant may be around for several months. Some people have no noticeable symptoms. If you don’t feel sick enough to get tested, you may have had the coronavirus and recovered without knowing it.

2. You thought you had the flu, but it was Florona

I had a fever for several days, coughed and felt tired, but the doctor didn’t diagnose the flu. Perhaps it was Omicron, because flu season and pandemic overlapped. This year, doctors are seeing cases of fluorosis – a simultaneous infection with the flu and the coronavirus. Dr. Nadav Davidovich, director of the Ben Gurion University School of Public Health and a member of the epidemiology team that advises the Ministry of Health on the virus, told CNN that Israel is currently experiencing a high rate of influenza infection in parallel with the increase in infection rates with the Corona virus, so there is a great opportunity. For combined infections.

3. Your hair is falling out in large quantities

If you notice unusual hair loss, it may be because you have been infected with the virus. A study published in The Lancet regarding a year ago found that 22 percent of patients experienced hair loss in the six months following injury, with women at greater risk. The researchers, who examined a variety of long-term symptoms of the virus, found that 359 of the 1,655 patients in Wuhan had hair loss. According to their findings, hair loss is one of the main long-term symptoms of COVID-19, along with fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness and joint pain.

4. Your family was sick

If everyone in your family is sick but you, you may be infected and not know it. Many infected people have mild symptoms or no symptoms at all, and Omicron is said to produce milder symptoms than other variants, especially in vaccinated people.

5. You have stomach problems

Coronavirus is a respiratory disease, but not everyone coughs or has shortness of breath. For some, diarrhea may be the first and only sign of infection. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has treated these symptoms and added them to their list of a wide range of symptoms. According to a report on NBC Chicago, people with weakened or immunosuppressed immune systems are more likely to develop diarrhea or other gastrointestinal symptoms following an Omericon infection. They added that diarrhea appears near the time of infection. Johns Hopkins experts also note that regarding 20 percent may develop diarrhea soon following infection.

6. You have an eye infection

Eye inflammation, or conjunctivitis, may be a symptom of the virus, but it’s very rare, according to the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Reports of red eyes as a sign of the coronavirus began in late March, when Chelsea Ernst, a nurse working in sheltered housing where 50 of 180 residents have contracted the virus and 37 have died, said all of her virus patients had red eyes. “This is something I’ve seen in everyone, and their eyes looked like they had allergies,” she told CNN. In patients, she added, “the white part of the eye is not red. It’s more like a shadow of red on the outside. We had patients whose red eyes were the only symptoms we saw, and they went to the hospital and died there.”

7. I have had a strange rash or sore toes

A small Spanish study found five types of rashes on the skin, including what they call corona toe, seen in patients in different hospitals. According to the results, the rash appears mainly in young patients and tends to persist for several days. Although rashes are a known symptom of some viruses, the researchers said they were surprised to see so many types of rashes in patients with coronavirus. There have been many reports of “coronary toes” – a rash that appears on patients’ feet even in the absence of other symptoms – but the study’s lead researcher, Dr. Ignacio García Doble, said the most common form was maculopapular rash. Small dots, flat red bumps that tend to appear on the upper body.
