Settlements of scores, child dealers, big money… we followed the trail of drug trafficking in Antwerp

Drug trafficking has shaken the city of Antwerp for months. The summer was particularly violent there with around thirty attacks. Shots and grenades targeted the same establishment three times. Several young Dutch people were arrested in a bourgeois district in the south of the city. Attacks and intimidation follow one another…

We decided to spend several days in Antwerp, to try to understand what is going on there, to meet those who live in these trafficked neighborhoods, and to return to the scene of the attacks. Behind all this, there is an illegal trade: that of cocaine.
