Seth Rollins doesn’t understand what Logan Paul is doing in WWE

Logan Paul made an immediate impact in the wrestling world, winning his first two matches, before challenging Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship at WWE Crown Jewel 2022. Paul recently lashed out at Seth Rollins, this which cost him a shot at winning the United States Championship at WWE Elimination Chamber. Paul and Rollins are set to go head-to-head on tonight’s Raw.

On “WWE After The Bell,” Rollins opened up regarding Logan Paul.

He declares :

“Logan Paul a tourist? Yes and no. There are obvious benefits to people from outside our world coming into the world of wrestling. Logan Paul is not a new phenomenon. We’ve been doing this in WWE for decades and we’re going to continue to do this long following Logan Paul is gone. There’s a lot to be said for having these types of artists on our show, no matter what they’re doing. I don’t want people to think “this is wrestling”, something simple, someone programs you and everything is going to be fine. If all of us followed this roadmap, there would be no wrestling because no one would be able to do this damn thing. That’s not wrestling. It’s touring cities, having hundreds and thousands of matches in different cities in front of crowds of fans. It’s learning your trade. This idea that you can film yourself, bullshit on social media to become a star and have some value in the world, maybe I’m a grumpy old man, but I don’t understand what value you give back to the world. »

Rollins continued:

“In the case of Logan Paul, I don’t understand what long-term value he’s going to be able to give us. It’s one thing if you show up, do your thing and go, but this guy has a WWE contract. He is supposed to play a few matches a year. That doesn’t make you a business ambassador, that’s not wrestling. I don’t want my students, I don’t want the next generation to come in and think that’s how it’s done in wrestling. If everyone follows this model, the business is dead.”

Rollins vs Paul hasn’t been made official for WrestleMania 39 but we’ll surely get more precession tonight on Raw.
