According to the report presented at the Conference by Mr. Ngo Truong Son – Chief of the Central New Rural Coordination Office at the Conference, as of February 2023, the whole country had 6,001/8,211 communes (73.08%) meeting rural standards, in of which, there are 958 communes meeting the standards of advanced rural areas and 113 communes meeting the standards of model rural areas; the national average reached 16.9 criteria/commune. There are 255 district-level units in 58 provinces and centrally-run cities that have been recognized by the Prime Minister to complete their tasks/ meet NTM standards (accounting for regarding 39.6% of the total number of district-level units of the country).

18 provinces and cities directly under the Central Government have 100% of communes meeting NTM standards, and 5 provinces (Nam Dinh, Dong Nai, Ha Nam, Hung Yen and Hai Duong) have been recognized by the Prime Minister to complete the task of building rural areas. NTM construction.

Results of the implementation of the One Commune One Product Program: The whole country has 63/63 provinces and cities to evaluate and classify OCOP products, by the end of 2022 there have been 8,867 OCOP products with 3 stars or more, in which 65.9% 3-star products, 33.2% 4-star products, 0.7% 5-star potential products and 20 5-star products. There have been 4,586 OCOP subjects, of which 38.1% are cooperatives, 25.6% are enterprises, 33.5% are production establishments/business households, the rest are cooperative groups.

The results of meeting the standards of rural communes in some regions still have a large gap, typically (Red River Delta: 100%, Southeast: 92.6%, while the Northern Mountains only reached 47.5. %, Central Highlands 57.8%); there are still 04 provinces8 in the Northern Mountainous region, where the percentage of communes meeting rural rural standards is less than 30%. Regarding the results of resource mobilization to implement the Program in 2022, by December 2022, the whole country has mobilized regarding VND 621,324 billion from resources to invest in the implementation of the Program (up 1.3 times compared to 2021). ), in which, the State budget has directly allocated for the Program regarding 77,397.8 billion VND. The reciprocal capital from the local budget that has been arranged to implement the Program is regarding VND 66,397.8 billion (accounting for 10.7%); Integration from other programs and projects: VND 49,967 billion (accounting for 8%); Credit: 436,738 billion VND (accounting for 70.3%); Enterprises: 35,503 billion VND (accounting for 5.7%); Community and people voluntarily contribute: 21,848 billion VND (accounting for 3.5%).

In order to achieve the target of 2023, the whole country has regarding 78% of communes meeting the standards of rural areas, of which, regarding 25% of communes meet the advanced standards and models; there are at least 270 district-level units recognized as meeting new rural standards (an increase of at least 15 district-level units compared to 2022), and there are 7-8 provinces/cities recognized to complete the task of building new rural areas; regarding 9,500 products are standardized according to the OCOP product criteria set (an increase of regarding 1,000 products compared to 2022).

In order to achieve the goal of 2023, the new system of Rural Coordination Offices at all levels should focus on advising on the implementation of the following key tasks and solutions:
