The accident occurred around 11:45 a.m. The 32-year-old, who works for a logistics company in Ebensee, had worked in the warehouse. His 31-year-old colleague from Bad Ischl had just moved transport boxes with a forklift when the serious accident occurred. According to police, three boxes filled with car parts fell off the forklift as it turned.
The boxes hit the 32-year-old warehouse worker from Ebensee in the head. The Ebensee Red Cross paramedics treated the man before he was flown to Salzburg. “The responsible labor inspectorate has been notified,” said the state police directorate.
