serious hints of guilt on the menu of the ANR investigations!

*”The procedure in this case should not be conducted as a simple court case,’ warns, among other things, the press release of the Presidency of the Republic. Mr. François Beya, Special Adviser to the Head of State on security, has, since Saturday, February 5, been prosecuted for activities that undermine the security of the country.  There are serious indications of guilt. But, at this stage, one should not give credence to the various rumors that abound on social networks as well as in the media.   Thus, those who would like to take advantage of it to stir up tribal or regional hatred will have to answer for their actions before the Courts and Tribunals.   Because, obviously, this case depends on the national security (ANR) which, however, has no habit of communicating. But who, if necessary, might do it. This is the essence of the communication of the Presidency of the Republic, as delivered yesterday, Tuesday, February 8, 2022, in the evening, on the antennas of the Rtnc.

She was so expected that finally, when the frown of Kasongo Mwema Yamba Yamba, the Spokesman for the President of the Republic, appeared on the small screens yesterday, her communication was picked up five out of five.

Especially since it comes at a time marked essentially by a flurry of files likely to drag the whole country into a precipice that, unfortunately, would twist it towards a by-pass while the electoral process whose roadmap was unveiled a few days ago, is, however, regarding to leave the station.

Thus, it should be understood, according to the substance of the communiqué, that one of the flagship files that are chronicling the news, apart, of course, from so many others that are related in particular to the overall development of the country’s situation, is that of Mr. François Beya, the Special Adviser to the Head of State on security, prosecuted for activities that undermine the security of the State.

Without saying more, as, moreover, this is impossible in this area of state security, the Republic’s communiqué confirms, nevertheless, that there are serious indications of guilt, the investigative work of which is currently being conducted at the level of the National Intelligence Agency.

And, here, the procedure for such a case should not be conducted as if it were a simple court case.

That is why, we will still have to wait for the outcome of these investigations, to find out the fate of Mr. François Beya, whether he should go to court or not, he and his possible running mates.

In the meantime, the ANR continues and will inexorably pursue its investigations to the end and, when the time comes, it will report to whom by right.

Meanwhile, fishermen in troubled waters and other alchemists of the cacophony who, taking advantage of this situation, would like to exacerbate contradictions to the point of distilling tribal and regional hatred, are also exposed to legal proceedings.

A savvy man, they say, is worth two.
