That’s what it’s regarding: “Atlanta” tells the story of the fictional rapper Paperboi. Together with his cousin Earn and the confused Darius he wants to become rich and famous. The writing team around series creator Donald Glover, also known as rapper Childish Gambino, takes these characters and throws them into crazy scenarios: in one episode, for example, Paperboi has to deal with a pushy hairdresser, in the next Darius is in the mansion of the creepy musician Teddy Perkins captured. Atlanta is mostly comedy, but it covers all genres over the course of four seasons. The themes covered by the series also vary, including mental health, racism and the music industry.
