Serge Boulier at the head of the 1st Breton National Puppetry Center in Hennebont

Puppeteer, creator of the Bouffou Théâtre company in 1986, Serge Boulier received in 2007 the only Molière ever awarded to a puppet show, with “La mer en pointillés”, a show for children which spoke of refugees, with extraordinary support from inventiveness and hack: two actors, shadow theatre, electric trains, wire characters and animals… He is the director of the “Théâtre à la Coque” opened 20 years ago (2003) in Hennebont (56) and which a few days ago became one of the 6 National Puppetry Centers in France.
