Serbian Musician Petar Martic Found Guilty of Drug Propaganda in Moscow Court: Expulsion and Fine Imposed

The Nikulinsky Court of Moscow found Serbian musician, founder of the rock group “Pasosh” and the rap project “Jump Pussy” Petar Martic guilty of an administrative article on “propaganda of narcotic drugs” (Part 2 of Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), reports the press service of the capital’s courts of general jurisdiction .

By court decision, the musician was fined 20 thousand rubles. The court also decided to expel Martic from Russia. The court’s press release does not specify which works by the musician violated the law.

Petar Martic was born in Belgrade in 1993. Since 2002, he lived in Moscow with his family. How wrote telegram channel Shot, Martic has only Serbian citizenship. In 2014, Martic founded the rap group “Jump Kissa” and the rock group “Pasosh”, which became notable phenomena of the Moscow independent scene.

In 2021, the Pasosh group broke up following Martic’s ex-girlfriend, singer Anna Zosimova, accused him of physical and psychological violence. Martic continued his solo career. In 2023, he revived the Jump Pussy project by releasing the album Icon. The musician visited Russia on tour. He does not reside permanently in the country.
