Senate approves entry of armed military personnel from the United States to Mexico

With 79 votes in favor, the Senate of the Republic authorized that United States soldiers can enter Mexico armed, but not with the objective of participating in an action once morest organized crime, but for a joint practice with the Mexican Armed Forces in Santa Gertrudis, Chihuahua.
