The 6530/20 Officialization of the Signal Language goals to grant official recognition to the Paraguayan Signal Language (LSPy) as a language of communication, instruction, promotion of identification, tradition and linguistic rights, recognizing the Language of Indicators as the primary language of individuals with listening to disabilities in Paraguay, for full and efficient participation in society.
