The technology company for industrial management, Honorand the National Commercial Learning Service (Senac) Tito Unit, in São Paulo, have signed a partnership to develop the Production Management in Practice (GPP) program with students on logistics and administration courses at the end of the current academic semester.

The objective of the initiative is to offer an opportunity to practice concepts worked on in the classroom within a real ERP system, a business management tool, simulating industry routines. By performing small tasks, students will experience processes such as product engineering registration, stock movement, production order issuance and notes.

“We believe that experiencing real technology can make learning more attractive and easier, in addition to providing an experience close to what you can find in companies you will work with in the future when they hit the market”, highlighted the professor who will facilitate the application from the GPP program, Norton Pombo.

In addition to access to the Nomus ERP Industrial system, students will also attend, on October 30th, a lecture with the company’s specialist, Thiago Leão, on how knowledge in ERP can highlight their career, and will receive access to Nomus University, distance learning platform that hosts video classes, guidance and support for carrying out the activities proposed in the program.

“We know that, for most students, this is the first time they have had the opportunity to see and use an ERP system like this. This contributes to a broader view and better learning, which is relevant, as it is the type of tool they will probably come across when they arrive to work in a real company”, highlighted Thiago.
