A symposium was organized at the 63rd Beirut Arab International Book Fair (Beirut Unbreakable) entitled “Beirut and Orientalism”, moderated by former Minister Dr. Tarek Mitri, then Dr. Nader Serraj spoke under the title “Changing Living and Its Expressions in the Eyes of Orientalists: Beirut as a Model”, and Imad El-Din Raef spoke regarding Beirut, its history and what some orientalists have written regarding it since 1883.

The exhibition’s activity also included a symposium entitled “The Real Documents of Sultan Pasha al-Atrash” presented by Rana Abi Jumaa, and Dr. Hassan Hamadeh spoke regarding the continuous renaissance, addressing the role of Sultan Pasha al-Atrash in the Syrian revolution, in turn, Professor Masoud Daher addressed the necessity of studying the biography of Sultan Pasha al-Atrash in Universities. As for Dr. Hani Suleiman, he reviewed the stages of the Great Syrian Revolution and French colonialism

A symposium was held entitled “Strategies and Conspiracy Theory”, moderated by Dr. Dalia Daher, in which Ali Hamiyah, Muhammad Al-Bandar and Brigadier General Hassan Bushrosh, who dealt with the file of “demarcation of land and sea borders with occupied Palestine”, participated.

A symposium entitled “Resistance Economy” was also held, which discussed the book of the advisor at the Iranian embassy, ​​Abbas Khameh Yar, in which Dr. Abdel Halim Fadlallah participated in it, who spoke regarding the importance of the book because it is in Arabic first and for the ideas and means it contains secondly. As for Dr. Ziyad Nasser El-Din, he spoke regarding the need for a new political economy at this stage.
