Causes of semen passing urine
Dr. Salah Ramadan, a consultant in andrology and urology, said that semen dropping when urinating may be a common occurrence among men, and it is not considered a serious problem in most of the charity, explaining the reasons for ejaculating semen with urine when urinating, which are as follows:
– Stimulation and sexual arousal.
Fantasies of intimacy.
Urination when waking up after a wet dream is a reason for the descent of the remaining sperms.
Infections or enlargement of the prostate.
Bladder congestion.
Not having sexual intercourse and excreting semen for a long time.
Ejaculation of semen inward rather than outward, which is known as retrograde ejaculation.

Prevention of semen leakage when urinating
Andrology and urology consultant explained that there are ways that must be followed to prevent exposure to semen when urinating, as follows:
Urinate when needed.
Refrain from anything sexually arousing.
– Exercising regularly.
– Practicing intimacy for married couples, to prevent prostate congestion.
Anyone who suffers from a lot of semen and urine, should consult a specialist, to conduct the necessary accurate tests, to ensure that there are no infections or enlargement of the prostate.
