Self-assembled front door insect door: Danawa DPG DPG my heart

The installation engineer came and installed the door in the front door, I think it’s 4-5 years old.

The net at the bottom was cracked and torn, so I ordered it online and changed it myself.

Before purchasing, I learned how to install and how to fill in silicone through YouTube videos.

Assembly was much easier.

It is better to fill it with silicone if you order it to measure 2-3mm smaller than the regular size.

Because it is self-assembly, tools such as a drill and silicone are essential.

It was delivered neatly with an aluminum (network rolled up) frame, joint auxiliary materials, and instructions included.

Most of the couriers for iron-related products are Gyeongdong courier, which costs a bit more.

Since it’s made of light steel, I drilled a total of 4 holes, two on each side, and put the pieces in, so it’s great.

After that, fill in the gaps on the 4 sides with silicone and you are done!

It’s nice to have it finished and it’s nice and clean.

It’s a little sloppy (plastic) on the inside, but it has a locking mechanism so you can sleep coolly.

(Total assembly cost regarding 70,000 won (things + tags + silicone))
