Selenski calls for fighter jets in London

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is campaigning for more Western support during a trip to Europe. In London, he persuaded the British to consider sending fighter jets, at least in the long term. On the continent, for the time being, he mainly gets supportive words.

After his visit to Washington in December, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky left on a trip to Europe on Wednesday to plead for more Western support in the war once morest Russian invaders. The first stop of the surprise visit was Great Britain, which has become one of Kiev’s most loyal allies since the outbreak of war.
