Requirements:
✓achieved education and experience
- completed college/university degree in a master’s study program or in a bachelor’s study program (preferably economics, tourism or media studies) and at least 2 years of experience in the field of tourism, marketing, PR or
- completed high school (completed with matriculation exam) and at least 5 years of experience in the field of tourism, marketing, PR
✓ orientation in the subsidy policy of the Czech Republic and the EU in the field of tourism,
✓very good knowledge of the tourist area of Hradec Krzysztof and its tourist prerequisites and offer,
✓orientation in the field of destination cooperation, preparation and development of tourism products and
marketing communications, destination marketing,
✓the advantage of experience in managing and leading a team (acting in a management function, experience in managing a team of people),
✓experience with creating the organization’s budget and financial management of the organization,
✓English language at a very good communicative level (verbal and written); another language at a communicative level is an advantage.
Other required skills, knowledge and abilities:
✓ advanced knowledge of MS Office, Outlook/ MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint,
✓ Group B driving license – active driver.
