Sega ‘Persona 3/4’ remastered to be released in January next year

Sega Publishing Korea announced on the 19th that it will release remastered versions of ‘Persona 3 Portable’ and ‘Persona 4 the Golden’ on January 19 next year.

The company plans to release it on Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, PlayStation (PS) 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. Prior to this, a dedicated page for each work was opened and reservations and wish lists were accepted.

The company set the price of each title at 19,800 won to commemorate the 25th anniversary of ‘Persona’. A special bundle that consists of two works as a set will also be released. In addition to this, a gift giving campaign that can be participated by ‘Like’ on Facebook until January 4 next year will be held.

Atlas’ ‘Persona 3 Portable’ was released as a PS portable in 2009, and it is planned to be able to enjoy it on the latest device through the first porting. At the time of release, the installation of a system that allows you to choose the gender of the main character became a hot topic. In Japan in 2013, it enjoyed popularity in various fields, such as the release of a 4-part animated film.

‘Persona 4 the Golden’ was released on the PS Vita in 2012 and recorded a Metacritic score of 93. The Steam version, first ported in 2020, has sold over 100 copies worldwide. We plan to make it easier to access through the release of this latest device.
