The “zero third” model is the only sedan in Lynk & Co’s extensive range, which consists mainly of crossovers. However, a four-door almost 4.7 m long accounts for almost a third of all sales: last year, 77,000 cars were sold on the Chinese market. Lynk & Co 03. The corporate style is preserved, but all plumage is changed and as a result, the sedan began to look more aggressive than before. New bumpers have appeared, the air intake mouth has been enlarged, all the optics are new, including family headlights with dual LED strips. The jumper between the rear lights is now functional, and even the logo in the center is highlighted. Two large pipes of the exhaust system — not props.

The interior is completely new: everything has been changed, including the door panels and the central tunnel. The screens on the front panel have become larger, the instrument display is now without a visor, and the touchscreen of the media system is installed above the ventilation deflectors, but still turned towards the driver. There are almost no hardware buttons and knobs on the front panel.

The basic version with a three-cylinder 1.5 turbo engine (180 hp) dropped out of the range, although there is information in the Chinese media that later on the simplest Lynk & Co 03 will be equipped with a new 1.5 turbo four, which is already known from Geely cars. In the meantime, the initial version has a two-liter turbo engine, the power of which has been increased from 190 to 218 hp. The gearbox is the old seven-speed “robot” with two clutches.

The Lynk & Co 03 PHEV plug-in hybrid remained in the range, in which the three-cylinder 1.5 turbo engine is supplemented with an electric motor. In the pre-reform model, this bundle produced 262 hp, but the characteristics of the updated sedan have not yet been announced. And at the top of the scale – “charged” Lynk & Co 03+ with a 2.0 engine (265 hp, like the previous Cyan special version), an eight-speed automatic, all-wheel drive and an additional body kit.

In the Chinese market, the updated Lynk & Co 03 sedans will appear by the end of autumn. Pre-reform cars here cost from 20 thousand dollars for the initial three-cylinder version to 37 thousand dollars for the most powerful all-wheel drive sedan.
