Several countries, including Poland and Qatar, will send armed forces to help provide security at the Paris Olympics next summer. In this regard, French Ministry of Defense sources said: “Many foreign countries will help us strengthen some vital areas, such as the ability to handle dogs for police units, as the needs are enormous during the games scheduled between July 26 and August 11.”
Poland announced on Thursday that it would send military reinforcements to help provide security for the Summer Olympics, without clarifying the number of soldiers. Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kuciniak-Kamysz wrote on the X platform (formerly Twitter): “A force of our soldiers will be deployed in addition to police dogs in Paris. Media reports say that allies, including Britain and Italy, will also participate by providing dozens of police personnel to help patrol the streets.
