The Superior Court of Bogota granted a guardianship filed by a group of actors so that the presidential candidates carry out a presidential debate before next June 16.
According to the resolution, the fundamental right to participate in the confrontation of political power enshrined in article 40 of the Political Constitution was protected, which is why “candidates are ordered to Rodolfo Hernandez y Gustavo Petrothat within the term of 48 hours to the notification, a presidential debate with the rules and topics that they point out in the application.

This guardianship was filed by a group of actors, including Catalina del Pilar Sánchez Daniels and Luis Mauricio Urquijo Tejada, who made the decision known on their social networks.
