Second “multiple casualty” shooting in California in less than two days

A new shooting in California has left multiple victims, as reported by the Police. The events occurred in San Mateo County, in Half Moon Bay.

“The Sheriff’s Office is responding to a mass shooting incident in the area of ​​HWY 92 and the HMB City limits. Media are requested to approach from the north and report to the Half Moon Bay Substation at 537 Kelly Ave. in Half Moon Bay,” the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said in a tweet Monday.

Half Moon Bay is located approximately 28 miles south of San Francisco and is within the westernmost part of San Mateo County.

The authorities have indicated that so far there is a suspect arrested and there is no longer any risk to the population in the area.
