Seattle Sounders and Pumas will dispute the final of this edition of the Concacaf Champions League. The American team obtained their pass to the final this Wednesday night, following winning their respective semifinal key once morest New York City FC.
The second leg ended with a score of 1-1, but the aggregate favored Seattle (2-4) and in this way they secured their place in the final. Raúl Ruidíaz opened the scoring for the Sounders at minute 28′ with a right hand inside the area that had a good placement. The Peruvian striker’s shot was impossible for Sean Johnson to save.

Lhe Seattle Sounders’ qualification for the Concacaf Champions League final is largely due to Stefan Frei’s saves in the second leg. The goalkeeper had at least four goal interventions following leaving on one of his best nights. Frei stopped the constant attacks from Castellanos, Talles Magno, Thiago and Gabriel Pereira to close one of his best performances as a professional.
Pumas and Seattle Sounders will be the protagonists of this great final, to be held with two-way matches. The first leg will take place on Tuesday, April 26, while the final match will be next Tuesday, May 3.
