Seasons of Pakistan changed their time and location?

Pakistan It is blessed with all four seasons at a time and each season has its own areas. Always in the plains, when the railway tracks begin to melt due to the intense heat, at the same time the temperature also drops below zero at Barzal Pass, Babu Sir Top, Dara Dar Kot and Bial Camp.

When the dust-blowing winds become the destiny of hot regions, birds sing the song of spring in the gardens of Gilgit and Skardu on those days.

The intensity of December cold in Pakistan and snowfall while June is recognized as the hot and sunny season.

I don’t know if the whole world has forgotten the order of the calendar or if the seasons have changed their time and places. In December, the mountains always snowed in cotton balls with a silver coating everywhere, while the plains were shrouded in fog until the last decade of December and the first week of January.

There used to be days in December when the hill stations were packed with tourists. The hill stations of Murree and Naran used to be green in the rainy season as well as in the summer season, but now the situation is different.

The last decade of December has also reached its last decade of January, but Gilgit, Skardu, Naran, Nithia Gali, Ayubiyah and Murree are deserted.

Like every year, traders from Naran reached Balakot, Abbottabad and Mansehra after wrapping up their business in October this year too, but they are also wondering why the snowfall changed their schedule of descent.

In the days when Murree, Nithia Gali, Ayubiyah and Naran were covered with snow and people wandered around looking for chains to tie on the tires of their vehicles, now the same dates are filled with empty roads and desolation.

It is surprising that in the last ten days of January, the temperature of Murree is eight, while the temperature of Multan, famous for heat, is three.

Now in December and January the morning sun pours its fierce rays and the plains are no-go areas with zero visibility in the fog.

Roads closed due to snowfall are open, while fog has erected walls in the plains.

The snowfall at Babu Sartap in June 2023 also took meteorologists by surprise and now there is concern over the lack of snowfall in December, January.

The cultivation and bearing of crops on plain lands has started two to three months earlier, which is said to be due to the scientific preparation of seeds, but artificial intelligence has no effect on the seasons, so why have they forgotten their reports?

In December and January, the waterfalls, which turn into ice floes, are also flowing slowly. Drought is hitting the high valleys as if the rivers will be empty of floods hitting the rocks in the coming days.

This unexpected weather change in December and January has also created a negative trend in terms of tourism. Businesses related to hill stations have also been disappointed as tourists have had to change their schedules.

Even during the annual winter vacations in educational institutions and other departments, the hill stations could not be populated. There have also been calls to shift the December holidays to January due to climate change.

December is losing its identity perhaps because the snowfall in June has changed the track of the seasons. It is possible that in the near future the schedule of climate intensification will depend on global warming.

If the mountains and plains are empty of trees, nature is not bound by any time and land statements.
