As of today, the population of Chaudière-Appalaches can make an appointment to receive the flu vaccine.
People entitled to receive the vaccine free of charge are people at high risk of complications due to their age or state of health:
• People with a chronic health problem, such as: diabetes, immune disorders, heart or lung disease, asthma or kidney disease;
• People aged 75 and over;
• Pregnant women during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy;
• Relatives who live under the same roof as a child under 6 months of age or a person at high risk of hospitalization or death, as well as their natural caregivers;
• Health workers.
