Search for the missing kayak in Pinamar
Almost a week following his disappearance and in the midst of a search once morest the clock, official sources confirmed to Infobae the discovery of the kayak lost last Sunday in the spa city of Pinamar, in which the fishermen Ramón Román, 56, and Gabriel Raimann, 38 years old. According to the first information, around 6 on Sunday, the men arrived in the Cariló area that borders the nautical descent of Valeria del Mar in a black Toyota Hilux truck and a few minutes later they entered the sea in a kayak. Orange. Since then nothing more has been heard from them.
Local authorities only began to suspect the disappearance the next morning, when around 9:30 a call came in to the Beach Security Directorate service from a neighbor who reported that the van in question had spent the night parked on the sand regarding 200 meters from the nautical descent, near the exit to Roble Street, which caught his attention.
The family of the missing joined the search operation
Given this situation, the municipal agency carried out an investigation of the ownership of the vehicle and thus arrived at the owner’s home. There, Román’s family confirmed that the 56-year-old man had gone fishing with a friend at dawn on Sunday and that they had had no further news of his whereregardings since that moment, according to official sources reported to Infobae.
Immediately, the Buenos Aires Police, the Naval Prefecture and the Municipal Security Secretariat were informed and began to investigate what had happened. In turn, the federal force launched the corresponding search protocol.
In this context, on Monday followingnoon the Scientific Police began the expert reports on the truck. The relatives also went to the place where it had been parked.
