Previously, Indosat, through the Indosat HiFi brand, had acquired MNC Play customers since November 2023 in response to the increasing need for home internet services amidst an increasingly rapid digital lifestyle.
“Indosat HiFi is a concrete form of Indosat’s commitment to meeting people’s connectivity and digital activity needs, especially through home internet services,” said Director and Chief Commercial Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Ritesh Kumar Singh.

“With this migration, we believe we will be able to increase our focus on providing the best service and reach more customers to be able to enjoy quality and reliable home internet,” he continued.
Currently, Indosat HiFi has expanded the area and improved the quality of service for customers in Indonesia with network coverage covering 60 regions throughout Indonesia, including Jabodetabek, Bandung, Banyumas, Cianjur, Denpasar, Demak, Gresik, Jambi, Karanganyar, Karawang, Kediri, Klaten , Lamongan, Malang, Majalengka, Magelang, Medan, Mojokerto, Palembang, Pekalongan, Purwokerto, Semarang, Sumedang, Serang, Subang, Solo, Sukabumi, Sukoharjo, Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Tegal, and Yogyakarta.
This expansion of coverage does not only focus on big cities, but also includes secondary cities with very high growth potential, including strategic industrial development areas.
The transition process from MNC Play services to Indosat HiFi was carried out without disturbing customer comfort. Customers can continue to enjoy higher quality internet services at the same price.
Along with the migration of MNC Play, Indosat HiFi immediately stepped on the gas by offering various internet packages ranging from 30 Mbps to 1 Gbps, designed to meet the needs of all groups, from home users to professionals.
