Scrutiny of nomination papers continues

The second phase of the upcoming general elections has started across the country. The process of scrutiny of all nomination papers has started from today and will continue till December 31.

The Election Commission has established an online facilitation center for the ease of checking the nomination papers of the candidates participating in the general elections.

According to the Election Commission spokesperson, the online facility center has been set up at the Election Commission Secretariat in which NADRA, NAB, FIA, FBR and State Bank are assisting.

The spokesperson of the Election Commission says that the online facility center is working 24 hours a day, the details of the candidates are being sent to the relevant institutions for necessary action.
