The events organized by the Municipality of Patras to mark the 51st anniversary of the Polytechnic uprising continue on 9.30 pm on Thursday 14 November at “Pantheon” with the screening of the film by Nikos Antonakos “Right of the Right” starring Vasos Andronidis, Antoniou Antonis, Gerasimos Skiadaresi, Petro Fyssoun, Giorgos Ninios and Iota Festa.

The film brings to the fore the action of the secret services of the dictatorship of the colonels who use a resistance captain, who is their prisoner, in order to trap nuclei of the resistance

Conflicting ideological trajectories of people, each of whom represents something specific, are swept away by the maelstrom of History and “unfold” on the big screen, from which the mosaic of representative heroes of a certain era “parades”.

Her Friday November 15 at 9:00 pm at the Conference and Cultural Center of the University of Patraswill take place Concert – commemorative event for the anniversary of the Polytechnic with the “Mikis Theodorakis” Folk Orchestra».

The concert will feature the most beautiful revolutionary songs of Mikis Theodorakis, folk, zeibeki, but also lyrical, melancholic exquisite melodies of the composer with performers Gerasimos Andreato, Sofia Papazoglou and Panagiotis Petrakis.

The folk orchestra “Mikis Theodorakis” consists: Nikos Tatasopoulos, Bouzouki – Theodoris Petropoulos, Bouzouki – Evangelia Mavridou, Piano -Xenophon Divis, Oboe, Flogeres, Baglama -Nikos bass – Nikos Skomopoulos, drums – Stefanos Theodorakis-Papagelidis, percussion
