Send a message, watch a film or consult social networks… the use of screens is found everywhere in our daily lives. In 2022, each French person spent on average 32 hours per week in front of a screen, according to the Digital Barometer of the Communications Regulatory Authority (Arcep). A constantly increasing figure. Dietary imbalance, musculoskeletal disorders or sleep disorders, sedentary lifestyle and visual fatigue: the repercussions on health and personal life can be numerous.

On the occasion of the restitution of the scientific study carried out by the PRO BTP Health Observatorywe address the issue of screen addiction and its impact on health.
