Schwäbisch Hall – Construction Expert Forum

Good morning everyone,

My building savings contract from Schwäbisch Hall is ready for allocation after seven years. When I wanted to claim the entire amount (400k), the advisor told me that the payment would only be possible in conjunction with another loan (I’m missing about 350k for building). In other words, I have to apply for a loan of 350k so that Schwäbisch Hall will pay out the building savings contract.
Somehow the whole thing doesn’t seem to make sense to me because I signed a contract in Swabia. My plan is to start with the 400k shell and then, when the interest rates have dropped a bit, take out the loan for 350k.
I have the feeling that the advisor wants to get me to take out a loan because of commission.
Does anyone have experience with a similar situation?

Thank you for your feedback!
