“All schools will be open on September 11. All five schools in Nea Penteli and Penteli where interventions were made and are being made will open, bells will ring on September 11,” said Mr. Staikouras, who was in the area today.
Speaking to ERTNews and the “Connections” show, he added, among other things, that “the most extensive damage to school infrastructure was at Krystallio primary school. The work here will be completed on Saturday so that the teachers can come to the classrooms, settle down. Equipment will also arrive from the Building Infrastructures and we will be ready”.
As the minister said, some outstanding outdoor areas will be completed in the coming weeks.
