On December 23, 27 and 30, 2022 as well as January 3, 2023, the registries of the Court of Appeal will be closed. Please note, however, that these days being non-working days within the meaning of the collective agreements in force at the Ministry of Justice, but not being holidays within the meaning of the law, the parties or their lawyers may, for these days only, file following places the pleadings intended for the Court of Appeal:

The clerks of the Court of Appeal will therefore be open until December 22, 2022 inclusively as well as December 28 and 29, 2022. The regular schedule will resume as of January 4, 2023.
In addition, we take advantage of this time of year to remind you that it is possible to file documents initiating the appeal proceedings in civil, criminal, extradition and criminal matters by means of the Digital Registry of the Court of Appeals (GNCA).
