Bahrain GP: Schedule and where to see the first race of the F1 season in Guatemala

The Dutchman Max Verstappen (Red Bull), current triple Formula 1 champion, achieved this March 1 in Bahrain the first pole position of the new season, ahead of the Monegasque Charles Leclerc (Ferrari).

Time and where to watch the first race of the season
The Bahrain Grand Prix race will begin at 6:00 p.m. local (9 in the morning in Guatemala) on Saturday, March 2, in the small Gulf country. The entire Formula 1 season can be seen and followed through the ESPN and Star Plus screens for Latin America.
In the first two Grands Prix of the season, in Bahrain and next week in Saudi Arabia, the traditional Sunday race is brought forward to Saturday.
It is an unusual schedule in Formula 1 that aims to adapt to Ramadan, the Muslim fasting month, which begins in the region on March 11.
The Spanish veteran Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin) will start the race sixth, ahead of the two McLarens, those of the British Lando Norris and the Australian Oscar Piastri.
The seven-time English world champion Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), who had dominated the free practice on Thursday, and the German Nico Hulkenberg (Haas) complete the ‘Top 10’.
