Elif Karaarslan, 24, and Super League referee inspector Orhan Erdemir, 61, were suspended on October 4.
The Turkish Football Association’s arbitration board confirmed their appeals were rejected with Kararslan hitting a 90-day ban from football-related activities.
Erdemir was suspended for 45 days.
The sanctions reportedly follow the alleged emergence of a sex tape claimed to feature the pair, according to the Sun.
“I’ll have a long way to go legally, but I’ll get through it in the strongest and most robust way,” Karararslan said, as reported by The Sun.
“I look forward to your full support and love in this process.
“Crying, screaming and being sad are not things I would do. It’s not me.
“I will stick to my purpose until the end. I am just one of many who suffer harm – I hope I am the last.’
A lawyer representing Karaarslan issued a statement on social media saying the video had been created using artificial intelligence.
“A video montage was posted on social media which was not the original and was created entirely by artificial intelligence from someone else’s social media account and has nothing to do with the customer,” the statement said.
“When the video is reviewed, it is very clear that the image is not clear and that parts of the relationship were completely computerized.
“In view of this video montage, which was created with malicious and deliberate intentions, of a video belonging to completely other people, for material and moral gain, we will let everyone face a similar situation tomorrow.
“The false images posted on social media and websites claiming to be of my client Elif KARAARSLAN and the claims about the ongoing litigation are completely untrue.
