Concerning the call for tenders for the furniture of the House of Parliamentarians, the office of the Parliament turns to Justice. “Iit was unanimously decided to denounce the facts to the King’s Prosecutor and to communicate to him the entire file in possession of the Parliament“, communicated the office at the end of its meeting. Moreover, “as soon as the file is transferred to the Investigating Judge, the Office will also be a civil party“, specifies the press release.
Concerning the other files, the office of the parliament also addresses itself to Justice. “For the rest, the Bureau instructed its Council to deposit in the hands of the King’s Prosecutor, the list of public contracts and amendments brought to its attention and launched with a view to the extension of the Parliament of Wallonia and the construction of the pedestrian junction, with indication of the method of award chosen, the estimated amounts, the amounts invoiced to date as well as the authority having taken the decision“, specifies the office in its press release.
