SBS dissolves 28 savings and credit cooperatives for not submitting their financial statements | RMMN | ECONOMY

The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP () declared this Thursday, November 24, the dissolution of 28 for being involved in the cause of inactivity, according to the foundations of the institution.

In this sense, the regulation stipulates that when Level 1 or 2 Coopacs present such inactivity, the SBS has the power to declare their dissolution and designate a temporary administrator who will assume the representation of the cooperatives.

  8. Yanawara Savings and Credit Cooperative.
  9. Crecemype Savings and Credit Cooperative.

In application of article 9 of the Regulation of Special Regimes As of the date of publication of this resolution, the dissolved Coopac are prohibited from:

  • Initiate judicial or administrative proceedings once morest you for the collection of credits at your expense.
